Brighter Peoples Managing Director is Jamie with Peter and Oliver providing executive support and between them all they have more than 70 years market experience.

Our strength is the understanding of the various roles in the market place and what qualities recruiting managers look for in candidates. This allows us the unique ability to match talent to roles through our extensive knowledge of the industry.

I have worked in the Employee benefits marketplace for both providers and consultancies for more than 35 years leading account management and BDM teams.

My USP is focused on the existing relationships that I have cultivated in the market over a number of years at both client and candidate levels which enables me to engage with non-active job seekers, who are less accessible to an approach on LinkedIn. One of my strengths is the understanding of the various roles in the marketplace and what qualities recruiting managers look for in candidates. This gives me the unique ability to match talent to roles through my extensive network of contacts.

Peter

Executive Consultant to Brighter People

I have been an executive recruiter for many years working with a wide range of businesses to assist them in identifying and recruiting the best available talent in the market.  I am interested in how companies manage, value and look after their own employees, whilst understanding the need to become attractive to future employees. My focus is now partly domestic but increasingly focused on International assignments.

Having previously run my own executive search firm, I am now delighted to use that expertise to support Jamie Barnes in the exciting development of Brighter People as we provide invaluable career advice to in-market candidates, whilst understanding the need to bring in new talent streams, to this exciting market sector.

Oliver Street

Oliver

Executive Consultant to Brighter People

I have worked within the Employee benefit market for over 20 years, starting my career working with an Insurer before joining two UK based Employee Benefit Consultancies. The experience gained in the provider and consultancy markets proved invaluable when I later moved into the recruitment market.

I have completed assignments in the UK, EMEA, APAC and the US providing me with a domestic and global outlook, with connectivity to a large number of candidates and companies. This experience has allowed me to achieve a desirable list of Senior contacts up to C-suite level, which enables me to engage with non-active job seekers, who are less accessible to an approach on LinkedIn, which in turn has facilitated fantastic outcomes to all parties involved.
