My USP is focused on the existing relationships that I have cultivated in the market over a number of years at both client and candidate levels which enables me to engage with non-active job seekers, who are less accessible to an approach on LinkedIn. I have been an executive recruiter for many years working with a wide range of businesses to assist them in identifying and recruiting the best available talent in the market.  I am interested in how companies manage, value and look after their own employees, whilst understanding the need to become attractive to future employees. My focus is now partly domestic but increasingly focused on International assignments.
