Peter, It’s been the first time I have worked with a recruiter and you have really made my experience a good one. During the ‘great resignation’ in early 2022, it was difficult to see the wood for the trees. Multiple approaches from a variety of recruiters and in-house HR teams is always an ego boost, but I felt a little like Goldilocks, where only a small percentage of the roles looked like they’d offer some satisfaction. I have known Peter for a number of years and he has always maintained contact, without being an intrusive and unsettling presence. The call we had a few months ago was a great exercise in how recruitment refresher calls should go. Peter was more interested in getting an up to date view of both what I wanted and needed in a role, trying to capture the kind of engagement & delivery that makes you feel like you’ve had a great week at work.
